These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through the The Old Police Properties website. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We offer two booking options. The option selected at the time of booking will apply for the duration of your reservation.

Full payment (100% of the total booking value) is required at the time of booking. Once payment has been made, the booking is fully non-refundable under all circumstances. No refunds, cancellations, amendments, or date changes will be permitted.

A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total booking value is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

If the remaining balance is not paid by 30 days before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and the deposit will be retained.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

You may cancel your booking at any time up to 30 days before arrival, with no further charges beyond the non-refundable 25% deposit.

If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full booking balance becomes non-refundable.

Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover unexpected changes or cancellations.

Check-in: from 4:00pm

Check-out: by 10:00am

Early check-in may be available by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

The property must not be occupied by more than the maximum number of guests stated on the property listing.

Only guests named on the booking are permitted to stay overnight.

The property is provided for holiday accommodation only and must not be used for parties, events, or commercial purposes.

Breach of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

The Old Police House and The Old Police Cottage are pet-friendly.

The Old Police Terrace does not allow pets under any circumstances.

All pets must be declared at the time of booking.

A pet fee may apply, as stated on the property listing.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the property and must not be allowed on furniture or beds.

Guests are responsible for any damage, additional cleaning, or costs caused by pets.

• Where provided, hot tubs are used entirely at guests’ own risk.

• Guests must follow all safety and usage instructions provided in welcome book.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Hot tubs must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• We reserve the right to withdraw hot tub access during a stay if misuse or unsafe behaviour is identified.

• Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents.

• Any damage, breakages, or missing items must be reported promptly.

• We reserve the right to charge for:

• Damage or loss

• Excessive cleaning

• Missing items

• Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge.

• Guests must respect neighbouring properties at all times.

• Excessive noise, antisocial behaviour, or complaints may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

• Any issues or maintenance problems must be reported as soon as possible so we can resolve them promptly.

• No refunds will be given for issues not reported during the stay.

• We cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions to utilities or services beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for items left behind.

• Lost property will be held for up to 14 days and returned at the guest’s expense.

• Guests stay at the property entirely at their own risk.

• We accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking without refund if:

• False or misleading information is provided

• These Terms & Conditions are breached

• Behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive

By completing a booking through our website, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• You agree to abide by all rules and conditions outlined above

• You accept responsibility for all members of your party during the stay
